10x8 Metal Building on Pressure Treated Frame/Flooring
At Customer's Request:
Customer needed labor performed for assembly of a metal storage shed. Shed did not come from factory with a floor/base/frame, so the customer also needed this base made as well.
Plastic sheeting vapor-barrier installed first, then all pressure-treated wood was used for the flooring frame and plywood decking.
Building manufacturer estimates 2-people for 7 hours for installation of building, plus appx 2 hours for a wooden flooring frame. This means that the manufacturer estimates a total of 16 man-hours for assembly of their 10'x 8' building.
Total man-hours for my installation of his building: 9.0 (6 hours for 1-person, then 1.5 hours each for helper & lead).
